Shame on College/University Education System!!

Respected everyone who are involved directly or indirectly to College Management and Faculty Staffs: 

Today, GTU declares the internal marks of Students of Engineering Branch. All the students who are not going to college or students who going to college(specifically, attend the class) get same marks. I think this is the structure of University that any engineering student can't get good placement. University doesn't know that which student has which behaviour and what is their values that's why they include internal marks.. and if faculty members don't have this kind of attitude to show how a student's behaviour with them or with others then shame on the faculty and the interviewer who select them as a faculty. Because they don't know whose behaviour is good or bad! 

And then University and UGC makes the courses like IPDC, Professional Ethics and many more to improve the knowledge and values towards the students behaviour and attitude. But after this I think that this subjects also will teach University to faculty also. So, they can differentiate between good or bad. And if they don't differentiate then they can't teach students this kind of courses in any branches. 

If you're flirting with faculties, or you're dis-respecting faculties and faculties don't take this as a serious note, then it means that faculty feels good after hearing this kind of words. 

In viva and submission, if you tell faculties that I'm like your family, don't ask me a question and faculty smiles and let go them. This kind of attitude and behavior required in colleges and universities? This is college and university make for higher knowledge and studies not to downgrade the knowledge and studies with moral values which you learn from childhood and primary education. 

Faculty only tell others that I'm seen this in a internal but this kind of internal?? See, point is not about marks points is about respect, attitude and behavior.. principal says that show them in internal and internal marks is 19/20(sounds great yaa!)

This is real moral value towards the education system. If each nd everyone feels good about this behavior and attitude towards them, make sure that form everyone you get this kind of behaviour. 

આ કોઈ શાક માર્કેટ નથી, કે ઘરના ઘરના કહીને કોથમીર મરચા મફત લેતા આવશો. તમારા જીવનમાં આવતા કરિયરના મહત્વના પગલાંમાનું એક પગથિયું છે જે VIVA તરીકે લેવામાં આવે છે જવાબ આપ્યા વગર ઘરના કહીને ૧૯ આવી જાય આવી તો આપણી શિક્ષણ નીતિ છે!!! 

પ્રાઇવેટ કોલેજો એ જેટલો પૈસા ઉઘરાવવામાં કે પ્રસંગો કરવામાં રસ છે ને એટલો રસ એમના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ના કરિયર બનાવવામાં પણ હોવો જ જોઈએ. પણ ના ફેકલ્ટીઓ જે પ્રોફેસર હોવા છતાં આ વિચારધારામાં માંને છે એમને કશુંજ કહેવાથી કશું થતું નથી(છેલ્લા ૩ સેમેસ્ટર અને ૧.૫ વર્ષનો અનુભવ). હવે યુનિવર્સિટીને નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે તમે અચાનક આ CBI, IT વાળાની જેમ દરોડા પાડો એટલે ખબર પડે કે ક્યાં કેવા ખેલ છે!! 

અને ક્યાંય આ એવી વાત નથી, કે રિઝલ્ટ બગડી જાય અને કોલેજનું નામ બદનામ થાય. પણ જો પ્રોફેસર અને પ્રિન્સિપાલ એમના શબ્દો પર કાયમ ના રહી શકે તો વિદ્યાર્થી એમના ભવિષ્યમાં રહેશે એવું તમને લાગે છે?!

Shame on me that I'm in this kind of partiality enviornment and surrounding with this kind of education and educational professionals.
